Must Read

Alhaji Yusif Sulemana, Member of Parliament (MP) for the Bole Constituency, has appealed to his constituents to maintain calm and avoid actions that could disrupt peace or embarrass the community.

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Alhaji Sulemana urged the youth to refrain from agitations in his name, emphasizing the importance of supporting President John Dramani Mahama in his leadership.

“I kindly appeal to the youth and people of Bole/Bamboi to remain calm and refrain from any form of agitation in my name,” the MP stated.

Describing himself as a loyal supporter and devoted brother of the President, Alhaji Sulemana affirmed his trust in the President’s wisdom and decisions. He pledged to support any role assigned to him, urging constituents to back the President’s agenda.

“I humbly urge all of you to support our brother in his pursuit of the reset agenda. I am confident that our concerns will be well represented, regardless of the role the President entrusts to me,” he assured.

The MP also cautioned the youth against taking the law into their own hands, stressing that their actions should not tarnish the reputation of Bole/Bamboi or the Savanna Region.

His call for calm followed an agitation by some youth in the constituency on Tuesday, January 21, demanding the appointment of a minister from the area.

Alhaji Sulemana’s statement underscores the need for unity and patience as President Mahama continues to make appointments to serve the nation.
