Annor Walker Returns To Great Olympics As Head Coach

Accra based Premier League side, Accra Great Olympics have officially reunited with former gaffer Annor Walker.

Walker, who coached Samartex during the 2022/2023 premier league season has returned to the capital-based club replacing Bismark Kobi-Mensah, whose contract with the club ran out last month.

Walker, had terminated his contract with FC Samartex mutually despite an impressive spell in the club’s maiden campaign in the Ghanaian top flight football guiding them to 10th place finish in the Ghana Premier League at the end of the 2022-23 season.

He signed 2-year contract with the Dade Club ahead of the 2023/2024 season commencing in September.

He was heavily linked to giants Hearts of Oak but opted to join city and traditional rivals instead.
