James Gyakye Quayson, the former MP for Assin and NDC Candidate for the June 27th, 2023 parliamentary bye-election next Tuesday, has applied to the High Court to review the daily trial order for his alleged perjury and related offences.
The former MP, who was deprived of his seat by the Supreme Court about a month ago, will have his motion for the review of the High Court’s order moved at the Court this morning by lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata.
