Bawku Conflict: Gunmen kill level 400 student in Gambaga

A Level 400 student from Gambaga College of Education in the North East Region has been shot and killed by unidentified gunmen.

Following the tragic incident, classes at the college have been suspended today, March 13.

School authorities confirmed the student was discovered outside the campus fence with suspected gunshot wounds.

While the motive behind the attack remains unclear, sources indicate it may be linked to the ongoing violence in Bawku.

The police have been notified, and the Gambaga Chief’s Palace has summoned the school’s Principal for further discussions.
