Cristiano Ronaldo Marks Bicentennial Record Against Iceland

Portuguese football legend, Cristiano Ronaldo, has chalked another milestone in his footballing career with a history when he faced Iceland in Euro 2024 qualifying game.

Ronaldo, who already holds the most cap for both goals and appearances for the Portuguese national team has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the first player ever in men’s senior international football history to make 200 appearances with his country and the world.

On his 200th international cap record game, Ronaldo also scored a last minute winner for Portugal against Iceland in the 89th minute to seal a piece of history.

The 38-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo, has 5 goals in his last 4 matches for Portugal.
