Dutch and Athletico Madrid Forward, Memphis Depay, has paid a courtesy visit to the king of the Ashanti Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
Depay, who is on holiday in the country used the opportunity to greet the astute king and took good counsel as he shared on his official media handles saying ‘’Thank you for your words of wisdom and motivation’’.
Depay has a Ghanaian father and Dutch mother and often in Ghana for holidays during footballing off season and also handling his philanthropic works in parts of the country.
He is expected to leave and join his mates for pre season training with Athletico Madrid.
