Ghanaian media personality MzGee has publicly addressed ongoing speculation about the paternity of her child, clarifying that Joy FM’s Raymond Acquah, is not the father.
In a vlog shared on YouTube on February 27, 2025, MzGee revealed that she and Raymond had been separated for three years and officially divorced for the past two. She emphasized that despite their past marriage, there are no ties between them anymore.
“Once upon a time, you knew a certain Raymond Acquah whom I was married to. Unfortunately, we have been separated for three years and officially divorced for two years. So, I have no ties with him,” she stated.
MzGee further explained that she wanted to set the record straight to prevent any confusion for her son as he grows up. “Now, there is a son involved, and I do not want him growing up confused about his paternity. When he asks who his father is, he should not say Raymond Acquah, because that is not the case.”
MzGee and Raymond Acquah tied the knot in 2017, but their marriage faced challenges, including struggles with childbirth. In 2022, she opened up about suffering a miscarriage after their wedding.
While MzGee has remained private about the identity of her child’s father, she firmly urged the public to stop associating Raymond Acquah with her son.
